What You CANNOT Do:

  • Commercial Redistribution: You may not sell, license, or redistribute Our Content for commercial purposes. This includes selling printed copies, including them in paid course packets, or hosting the files on your own server for commercial gain.

User-Generated Content

This policy applies to any guides, tips, or other materials you submit through our platform ("Your Content").

  • You Own Your Content: You retain full copyright ownership of the content you create and submit.
  • Grant of License: By submitting Your Content to Cadence, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content on our platform and in our promotional materials. This allows us to share your knowledge with the community.
